My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you tell me what the warranty is on this chair, and if it comes pre-assembled? Thank you!

    Per manufacturer: The chair does not come assembled.

    The warranty information is as follows:
    Non-moving metal parts are warranted for 5 years.
    Component parts including pneumatic cylinder, control mechanism, base and casters are warranted for 2 years.
    All other items are warranted for 1 year.
