I planted one 8-inch bulb in a pot this spring and ended up with 10-, 8- and 4-inch bulbs when I just dug them up today. Weird. Anyone else see anything like this?

I also planted four small finger offsets and got these.

Dappled sun. Plenty of water. Very few offsets, though. (Thank God.)

With mine, seems like the bulbs grow in partial sun and produce offsets in full sun.
