My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The site for this project was a beautifully wooded five-acre lot that was very steep. The natural water runoff of the site went right passed the existing house, so in order to not impede the flow of water (or cause flooding issues) the addition was raised off the ground creating a bridge like structure. On the other side of the house the water is directed into a landscaped stream, complete with waterfalls and a water garden.
