Hello!

We're in the middle of a major renovation in our hundred year old colonial and I need some advice from you lovely Houzzers.

Our former dining room (20x25) is to become an eat in kitchen and our current kitchen (12×9) will become a mudroom/laundry room.

When it comes to relocating the dining room should we:
A) Create a dining space in the adjacent living room (20×27)
B) Turn the sunroom (19x14) into a dining room
C) Just eat at the kitchen table and keep our living spaces as-is

Things to Consider:
We only use our formal dining room on special occasions.
The living room is next to the current dining room, future kitchen.
The sunroom runs alongside the living room (not next to the future kitchen) but is not often used.
