My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can these be stained darker?

Like the design but the finish doesn't match other pieces in the space where I would use it. Can the oiled oak be stained?

    We also offer the shelf with black oak or white MDF plates instead of oiled oak. To stain the oak plate after it has been oiled is probably not recommendable, but we´ve never tried it ourselfes ;-).

    Here you can see the black oak plates. Currently this type of plates is not yet available on Houzz, but I assume it will soon be. Please stay tuned. Prices can then be found on Houzz.
