you have no clearance to mount above, your windows need to swing open. nothing can be long because of the heat. window film or something else mounted on the windows.

Hello. I think, blinds will better look!

Blinds ..but you may need a batten for them to sit on because of the window handles the blinds will get caught on them ..I had to do that in the sitting room

A short curtain using a tension rod might work.

Try a swing arm rod if your windows open out.
