More like lime I would say. Just put it in some yogurt with stevia and was very good :)

I ate one sudachi too. To my surprise it was not as sour as I thought is would be. Wonderful aroma.

Oh really? That is not good. Have to look this up. What I use is pure organic stevia extract That is used for centuries. Industry sells us Rebaudioside A (only one compount of the stevia plant) mixed with erythritol when it becomes unhealthy.(truvia is an example) But I need to learn more I guess.

I use dates to sweeten up some dishes, they have lots of fiber and do not spike the sugar levels.

Hibiscus so many uses, zest, candy, use raw in salat or just as a room air freshener. Right now it is just sitting on my taple and enjoying looking at it but will cut it small pieces and ise it for the christmas bakery

I have already harvested 2 limequats this fall and 1 left on the tree.... I went to an Asian supermarket today and I bought 3 "Honey Tangerines" and 1 Manzol banana bunch..... The bananas are the size of my fingers... They're pretty good. Haven't tried the Honey Tangerine yet.... Apparently it's from the USA

Hibiscus, I plan to harvest some limequats and at least one leminquat to make jam since my calamondins are not ready yet. I’ll report on the flavor once I make it.
