My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I like it but...

I like the look of this but think the baby who sleeps in this room will only be able to stare at that black frame on the wall. Their vision takes a while to develop so as infants they enjoy the stimulation of more contrast. But it is tranquil. Spa nursery. Lol

    This room scares me, 2 major safety hazards just in this photo - big heavy mirror above crib that could hurt baby if it fell and unsecured change pad

    The changing pad could be secured behind the dresser. we bought a dresser/changing table combo that had the pad secured that way.
