Please take some close up foto-captures of the tips of the upside of the green leaves. Your Hippeastrum MIGHT be infected from Mosaic Virus, and I am sorry.

I agree with Hans (haweha) that closer photos of the leaves are needed. It's obvious that there is damage to some of the leaves that was done by critters (snails, caterpillars and/or insects). However, the blotchiness and color breaks in green on the leaves may indicate mosaic virus. Unfortunately, if it is virused, there is no way to cure the plant and it's recommended that it is destroyed to prevent the virus from spreading to other plants.
