Pepper pests X_x eek

Hello. Thanks in advance for reading/replying.

I have a few young, second generation habanero plants. As with my other plants I have noticed these pests that leave a white powder on the leaves. What is a natural/organic solution for this? I’ve tried soap/vinegar/water but it doesn’t help much. And advice/suggestions welcome!

I can see what appear to be aphids, which can be treated with cold pressed neem oil and/or pyrethrin. Aphids will leave behind a sticky residue rather than a white powder so you may have another issue, or what look like aphids to me may not be aphids. Can you post more pics?

If small white moth-like insects fly up from the powdery stuff, likely you have whiteflies.
