Hello! I need some advice/ideas on how I could style/spruce up this space.

1. I️ want to incorporate some type of seating area as well as a console table. Initially i was thinking a table with benches/stools under it - but I am unsure now.

2.I also am not a huge fan of my floors and would like to do a rug - but confused on size/shape/color too.

3.I know I need to change the lighting fixture as well.

Any ideas/thoughts/pictures would be helpful!! Thank you!!!
