Hi all just found this group so I'm a first time poster but will definitely read through and help where I can. Lighting is definitely not my specialty hence why I am posting and looking for some information. I picked this up at auction today and from what I can see there is a diamond shaped hallmark with the letter F inside and what looks like the number 78 above it. Any help of who the manufacturer is or value would be greatly appreciated.
