My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Bought this at a thrift shop today. Puzzling....the pattern looks like 1950, the backstamp I can't read, but it doesn't look like it's NOT 1850, but the plate shows almost no wear. There are some knife scratches but no wear on the foot.
But I don't know that this has been reproduced....but it looks too good. Wish i could read the backstamp....
So what did I just splurge $.98 on?
