Have never managed to keep this one alive. They need consistent moisture; don't tolerate drying out at all!

Just don't let it dry out!! This is the only houseplant I have killed on a routine basis (3 times now) because I tend to underwater rather than overwater. Most plants will prefer this sort of treatment - even my ferns are very tolerant - but not the creeping fig!!

Ditto, to the ID & to having killed small ones several times. I think it wants some humidity & may be a terrarium candidate. I like its texture & variegation.

Thank you for the heads up about watering because I totally have the habits of watering succulents and easy-care plants that all love drying out first before a good soaking. I have a small terrarium that could work orrr I also live in a very humid and reasonably warm area so it could work as an outdoor patio wall-climber??
