Hello - thanks for your question. We don't usually suggest you seal porcelain tile, as it has a very low absorption rate so sealing isn't necessary. If you did seal it, that shouldn't change the appearance too much, but may leave a clear layer on top of the tile and could make it look shinier or could create a texture on the surface that may collect more dirt.
