Hi everyone. When I studied for a semester in Florence, Italy one of my favorite foods was pasta with ham and peas. I have never come across this exact dish in America. It had a creamy sauce but it wasn't all that heavy of a sauce (if that makes any sense at all). The pasta was often tortellini but I think it also could be other pasta types. I would order this meal all the time and would love to recreate it at home. Any ideas? Thanks!
