I think the white hexes are probably too stark a contrast and too geometric for the shower floor relative to the wall tile. I might consider a nice flattened pebble tile for the shower floor and also for the interior of the shower niche. It extends that organic feel you've got going with the countertop; something like this, but check the colors against the porcelain tile. I'm sure you can find a version that will coordinate:

Thank you for your design advice! We did look at some pebble, but did not find colors we liked. My other issue is- I'm not real fond of pebble tile and how it looks after installed. Guess it's from years in graphic design and liking bold stuff. Guess I will keep looking for an accent tile. since grey tiled walls seem the best.

I recently used summer hill in my kitchen and I love it. I’m very satisfied w how it adds a lil contrast to white cabinets.

I’m posting my walk in shower just Incase it might help. I used keystones on the floor and I love them. We have had them in for about 6 months and no problems ( at all) with slipping . I matched my grout to my floor tile color so I would not have a contrasting pattern. U might consider this since you will have a “pattern” already with your bathroom countertops. Just a thought. I like your shower floor. That would work for us. I do see white tile around it in the photo. Is the white tile on all your shower walls? If so, does that make a contrast that you like?
