Cold winter

Hello ! Sorry for my english, I am French. I just found a Nerium oleander lying in a broken pot outside and I decided to bring it back to my house. I think I'll put it under grow lights. The problem is that outside it is way too cold and I don't have any unheated room. Do you think it will be fine if kept in a 20 °C room or does it need to have a cool winter? Sincerely, Jack,

It gets up to -15°C every winter and it can go bellow -20°C.

I placed the plant under grow lights since my last post and it looks fine at the moment.

Jacky, you are right in knowing that you cannot put Oleanders outside in those kinds of temperatures. Though they do best with a cool winter, it seems like you have no choice but to keep it inside. I think that I would make sure it gets at least ten hours under the grow lights.
