I would start by putting lattice or some other type of panel (hinged if you need access). I might plant the same type of shrub as your other spots, but I would make the beds deeper (front to back). Particularly the one on the right center of the photo looks really squashed against the building and would benefit aesthetically from being made a bit deeper.
