Early 2017 I decided I'd try dividing my 1 Sans after learning they
could be propagated true at the rhizome. So around April, I pulled it
out, and cut off a part that was 2 shoots, 1 old and 1 new, connected
like a U. It didn't have a whole lot of roots.
I planted it in miraclegro citrus & cactus and watched as it stayed wet for days.
April 18th:

Late June I had enough of that soil, and made a gritty mix. It didn't look like there was any growth between then and now June 25th:

The other plant had 2 new pups in late August and early September, and have been growing wildly.
This smaller one didn't seem to be doing much. I figured because it had so little rhizome and roots that it'd just take its time. As it turns out, it had some big plans.
It had 1 pup show up September 26th:
Then it took a month off and shot this out November 4th, Then another November 28th:

I'm pretty excited, and my friends don't quite understand. I figured everyone here would.
They're both growing great and it's the shortest daylight hours of the year. I didn't expect them to do anything until spring.
This should look like a full plant next summer.
