It's made by Morimura, which made Nippon and became Noritake....dates late 30's to early 40's.
Check eBay completed sales for an idea of selling price.

Are you sure it's Noritake and not a Noritake wannabe, Linda? The mark seems off.

Yep....it's the Noritake wreath....never seen a wanna be. When Noritake was imported here early on it was "cheap Japanese china"...not Royal Doulton or Limoges nor Ainsley. It would have to be a newer repro, and I have not heard of that mark being a repro.
But anything is possible. I have seen, at an auction someone with a roll of R.S Prussia stickers looking for unmarked china to stick them on.

I dunno...it's a different wreath, although there are so many permutations. And there is an actual "Imperial China" company but maybe it was part of Noritake. A bunch of those old Japanese china makers used wreath variations but I have no clue of their relationships.

The wreath was pretty well all the Morimura brothers. Early on the wreath contained an "M"....which was later changed to an "N"....google tells me that was in the early 50's....so the china is newer than I thought.
And I can't find anything about the Imperial China company...but that it existed...and may or may not have been Japanese...I am guessing that is the name of the pattern.

Try ebay....they have lots of vintage Noritake.
