It very could well be 2 weeks for many pests. Off hand, I can't really recall. Of course, I do recommend at least a water spray, with optional follow up of hort. oil or the like.

about a 10F-20F depending how close you are from the bulb. This is great for encouraging growth at the plants leading tip closest to the bulb. The bulb was place an inch from the top and raised as the new shoots tried to grow into the bulb. My goal is to get tight leaf node count on a multi trunk seed grown tree. When the bulb is real close the stem growth is more compact

The 2 water sprouts were broken over so that the leaf node tight main trunk would be the closest to the light and higher temperatures to continue growing as the main and only trunk. The closeness of the light will hold any growth to tight spacing of leaf nodes.

I usually set a newly purchased tree away from others for a couple weeks. And I try to look over every leaf when I get a new tree, top and bottom. I put it on the picnic table in the daylight and really check them over.
