Is rough lemon worth growing?

I just got some rough lemon seeds and read that they are a poor quality lemon and that it is used mostly as a rootstock.

What is the fruit of the rough lemon taste like?

Is it a decent rootstock? (I don't know yet what I will graft onto it yet.)

    Vladimir, I have never seen rough lemons, hopefully someone with the experience of that fruit will chime in.
