My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Grafting observation...

I have notice that this forum is moving in the right direction about grafting which is my favorite subject regardless what you are growing. There is so much desirable budwood available between members.

Subject like this would attract more potential new members to draw from.

Another point i like to make: Don't make me aware of all the talk about little or nothing, i don't even know these things exist till some mention. Just remember all these Forums are free, you can learn a lot. It is almost like a college degree for free. You can even make a career selling stuff. I always says give me a piece of budwood and i can an orchard in no time.
