My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I see several folks have inquired re the mural/map. Is it custom or a print and who was the creator or artist?

It might be an early map of the NW and Montana. The scale is off, but in the upper left corner it appears to be an early map of the pungent sound, but then there are bodies of water that geographically today don’t make sense. I see the portraits of at least one white man... so perhaps of the explorer Lewis in lower left corner? Just making wild guess here but really love this map.
