how often do you water it? was it recently repotted?

Personally, I would have opted for much more Perlite (or Pumice) & a smaller pot. Unless the roots were almost the size of that pot, that pot is way too big.

That's from chronic dehydration, they start to utilize the nutrients and moisture from the end down. Don't worry about it though, it won't hurt it as long as the base and roots are kept healthy.

Here's mine. It was just three big leaves cut off and stuck into the medium. Everything you see are the pups that came from those three leaves. In the inputted picture, you can see one of the original leaves on the far left. In the top view picture, you can see where one of the old leave's tip is dried and brown similar to yours.
