I don't know what a side light is but do you mean a rod like this?

I just Googled 6" tensions rods; supposedly Target, Lowes, and BB&B have them, among others.

Thank you Gracie01, but if you go to the store webpage, they don't carry 6". So frustrating!

Looks like you can order from Amazon

This site shows them; don't know if they're in stock.

I had the same problem. When you googled them, they showed various companies having them, but actually they didn't. Sidelight curtains actually has them WOOOO. I'll keep that name on file. Thanks Gracie01

Joe, just an FYI This is a side light, they come in many sizes.

Thanks evereyone . I just ordered from Amazon. Hoping they work. I tried Sidelight curtains but my order would never go through - tired twice.

Put a tall planter outside in front of the window with a tall boxwood or something.

Sorry Joe, just saw you post. Reg tension rod. Happy New Year.
