To me, it looks like a version of the Valencia or Studio City by Creative Leather. We have a version...in an orangish-brown, tufted. We’ve been happy with it other than the button threads popping, which they warned about...they are easily rethreaded.

They ship nation-wide, if I remember correctly. Everything is built to order and customized. Ours is very similar to the one pictured, except our center is two pieces, and the third pillow on the other end forms a short loveseat without an end arm.
