Bella looks like mealybugs and maybe powdery mildew. You want to get ahead of the mealybugs quickly. Look them up and see if the pics match what you have and good luck. Jody
it may not be the exact bug but it will look similar start with moving the plant away from others then wipe the plant down be careful not to leave the cloth around because the ants will pick them up again and put them back .treat the plant with a good spray as they will spread also treat the ants if there is some around the pot good luck:×)
When one of mine had mealies I doused the entire plant pot and roots with alcohol. They were root mealies. I didn’t see them until I unpotted I’m trying to figure out what was causing all of the leaf drop. I hung it to dry and doused it again a day or so later. Repotted on day 3. It recovered and is fine.
Good Lord! Wash them off with Dawn sudsy water, do what Tyler advises, and change the soil. Also check the area where this was very carefully. Chances are other plants are infested. Would love to see it recovered in a few months.
