My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Seedlings Progress

Thought you may like to see how my seedlings are progressing.

Karin generously sent me seed from many of her plants. I selected those which felt ( hard nub at the end of the wing ) as if they contained viable seed and they were planted on the 2nd of December. As you can see they only produced green or yellow seedlings as is the general rule.

I also planted a few seeds that managed to ripen on my plant of Valley's Top, a well known streaked breeder. This has given me a few streaked and a few solid seedlings.

At the same time I put a few seeds of Revolution in to germinate. Interestingly this has produced only yellow seedlings and one or two of them appear to have a green edge.

Too early to say how any of these will do, too many things to go wrong between here and maturity so no counting of chickens yet!
