Header Height/ Bench Height

What is the bottom header height of the window? Assuming 9 ft. ceiling, 84"-86"? Also what is the bench height? Thanks!

The bench top is at 24". Standard chair height is 18". However, in a mudroom I like the bench taller because you don't necessarily want to sit so low when you are just putting on or taking off shoes. Makes it easier to sit and stand up. Top plate of wall is 9'
