A heavy gust wind blew over my 10 foot Chamaerops humilis, then I cabled it to a nearby tree to its former upright position. It's been like this for about a year now and I tried removing the support, but the the palm just tilted to 45 degrees. The palm is growing in full shade- will it ever be able to stand upright on it's own again?
