I just installed a set of cafe doors (yes I know it is considered old fashioned and apparently trailer trash but it fixed a need that I had). My issue is the hinges are made to stay open once they are opened 90 degrees either way. Problem is they always open that far and I am forever closing them. They have plastic pieces in them and I'm wondering if they can be removed so they stay closed all the time. Any help would be much appreciated. Tia.
