New to Gardening

Please help me revive my plant

Hi all,

I don't know have a lot of knowledge when it comes to house plants... I have had this plant for 5 years now, it was always in great shape,But now it is welting, I don't know whats wrong with, is it too much or too little water or sun? I really don't know what to do its making me very sad.

Please help me revive it.

Has it ever been re-potted? If not, that could be the answer.

5 years and always sucking up the same little bit of water from the attached saucer is not good.

Or, because houseplants are not lifelong companions, you could obtain a replacement.

I have never repotted it, I should do that now. Thank you so much for your help
