It looks like it's in deep shade, is it ever exposed to sun? if so, for how long? I have one, too and it is in full sun in coastal Los Angeles and in 2 years it has opened 6 new fronds. I water it sparingly during the rainy months and a more so during the dry months.

Couple of things I would try before uprooting it and transplanting it: fertilizing it, and watering it. I don't think I would transplant it, that usually results in weakening of the palm or even death.

Yes i know Triangle palm hard for transplanting .

i do give it water every 2 days and fertilizer

i use water soluble fertilizer 13-13-13 plus TE

in my area we dont have slow release fertilizer

dont know just to leave it as it is or moving it

i have many othet kinds of palms growing very well except this

Try a higher N fertilizer and it should give a boost. Just never use too much. Many times plants that sit like palms and cycads? They need a big boost. Water in it very well.

Looks healthy,I don't see any root problems. The Moringa and the date palms say its pretty dry soils. Try a little boost and more watering.

patience... takes sometimes 2-3 years for trees to acclimate after planting and to begin growing... does look oddly etiolated, but probably was before you got it... which means it's weak and needs to recover. Give it time.. do NOT transplant it or for sure will kill it off. But my guess is it will eventually grow for you.
