Two Ranges or Cooktop and two wall ovens?

I'd love your houzz input! We are redesigning our kitchen and I'm stuck at cooktop and ovens. The original plans from the designer called for a 60" gas range. I went to the show room and didn't like the feel of it nor the size. I feel more comfortable cooking on induction. I've found several companies make 30" or 36" induction ranges, but nothing bigger; I need two ovens. I could put two 30" induction ranges together and have 60" of cooktop (all induction). That seems to be overkill. I currently have a 48" cook top (electric with 4 burners and a griddle). I rarely use the griddle because I hate cleaning it and would rather just clean a pan. Sometimes I wish for more burners instead. The other option is to put a 36" cooktop in the counter and install two wall ovens side by side. This option costs more by either a couple hundred to a couple thousand depending on which brand I purchase. The 36" cooktop comes with 5-6 burners and would fit my needs perfectly and give me more counter space. Either way I'd get two ovens. Any thoughts? Do you think 60" of black induction would be an eyesore? I haven't chosen my counter tops yet. Our cabinets will be a mix of white and stained walnut.

The plans called for this:

I could get two of these:

or:

1 cooktop

& 2 two wall ovens
