Potentially Problematic Palm(s)

Recently began renting a place which has a trio of palms in the front yard. Think they might be dwarf royals (neighborhood nursery called them Veitchias).

Except for the last one (whose new growth seems fuzzy), all the included photos are of what appears to be the oldest of the bunch.

Seeing as how I know next to nothing about them (and have grown quite f(r)ond of them) I was hoping to gauge the condition they are in.

Currently assuming the browned/burnt ends and white powdery "stuff" point to some potentially manageable deficiencies/mildew, but I'd greatly appreciate some input/feedback re what's what w these here palms. (Apologies for the mild photo-dump)

Adonidia merrillii (Veitchia merrillii) would be most probable.

Thanks for the id. Given my negligible knowledge, I'm not sure how healthy it is (brown/burnt/yellow tips aren't encouraging). Hope it's salvageable. Most of the trawled-info I've pulled seems to suggest holding off on fertilizing for a month or so. Any chance you've come across the sort of fungus/mildew I think I'm looking at?

They look like perfectly healthy veitchia merrillii. The white tomentum and black/brown fuzz is natural for this species.

That's reassuring. Am pretty much starting from scratch when it comes to Palms and Palm-health, so I appreciate the specifics. Have been trying to water wisely, and monitor its condition. Since I posted those pics, I've notice an uptick in the browning of the lowest frond. Honestly, I'm not sure if this is a problem or if this tends to be the case when a frond is beginning to dry-out/shed.
