What you have done in the Jargon is a selfing. The plants if grown to maturity will not be duplicates of the mother plants bloom, there will be variation.

I assume that the mother plant is name unknown, if so, so will your babies.

Growing orchids from seed is a long difficult process, so much so, that many growers send the pods off to a commercial nursery to save time and money.

Problem 1. When to harvest the pods.

Problem 2. Providing enough growing space to raise the babies to blooming size.

I hope you're up for the challenge sunshine :D I've heard about the process of growing of orchids from seed and it is so complicated compared to normal plants! The seeds make a kind of symbiotic relationship with a certain type of fungus that helps them get through the very beginning stages of growth. At least I think so if I'm remembering correctly. The seeds have no defense against contamination of other kinds of molds or fungi so any sort of contamination to the seed during the sowing process means death to the seeds.
