bathroom layout

i have the following proposed bathroom layout for a 56 sq ft space. The window and door location is set. I'd like a comfortable shower space. I am unable to fit sink and toilet seat in a meaningful way. Sinks are usually 21" or 24" deep. I'd like a small closet as well. Any ideas on how to improve this layout?
