My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Extra space, what do I do?!?!??

I have a spare bedroom that's been sitting "empty" for months now. There's a roll away bed tucked in the closet and a book stand. I have a roll away bed I could use as a day bed but design ideas are NOT coming to me. HELP!!!

    I love the rug! I would start by painting the walls a creamy sage green. Set up the daybed with a sumptuous cream colored comforter and lots of pillows. Storage could be done with IKEA closets and dressers.
