Very good pricing on hybrids and for some hard to find items. Also good pricing on bulk items but a bit steep for some common heirloom varieties.

Very confusing as you can not pay once to order bulbs, plants, and seeds. they are all on 1 website but use different cart systems. Website is very old-school and in need of an upgrade.

Selection: A (for most categories)

Great if you are like me and in a cool weather environment. They have many selections that have been well tested in short season, zone 6 and lower climates.

Shipping: C

OK, but 2nd slowest of the companies I ordered from this year. I am still waiting on the seeds to arrive.

Customer Service: F

No reply to emails. They only have office hours a few days a week and their days are short. Even when you call during their hours you get a machine.

I have not yet germinated the seeds or grown out the plants but I will add more to this thread.

I would recommend using Fedco to anyone looking for non-standard varieties or bulk orders, I would not recommend Fedco to novice gardeners.
