I like no curtains. Why partially cover any of the windows when there isn’t wall room to pull panels completely to the wall? You have shutters for privacy if needed.

The shutters are nice. I wouldn't cover them up. I'd waive the curtains, but soften the room a bit with a nice, colorful rug under the table.

No curtains - you have pretty trim work and small windows, so I wouldn't hide them. Also, the curtains emphasize the fact that the windows are not centered on the wall. What is in the corner on the opposite wall of the high chair? It looks like this space is used as more of a multi-function room. I think to give it more of a dining room feel, you may consider hanging a big mirror on the wall where you currently have the sign art. It would bounce light beautifully in the room. I love that beautiful antique buffet piece and how the 'H' monogram you have over it.

I like the room without the curtains. It’s a fresher look to me.

The curtains add to a small feeling in the room. You don't need them for privacy and you have the shutters for sun glare if needed. With a toddler white and floor length, you don't want. I would never go just to the bottom of the window. Let the light shine in unabated!!

May not be toddler friendly, but I like the curtains for the softness it adds to the room. I’d also like them to the floor if possible.

Personally, I don't like the curtains and I generally like panels. To me, they don't work with the window sizes and with the shutters.

I think a roman shade valance (non-working shade) almost all the way up to the ceiling to give the window/wall a taller look.
