So far its OK...

I received my seeds from Reimers today. They look good, freshly packed as well. I am being optimistic that they will do fine as really most seeds come from the same suppliers but I will be updating this all the way through the season and I will be posting an article on all the seed companies later this spring. I am giving my unbiased, fair full review just like I would for any other company.

Prices are great for most things, I ordered a mix of large quantity packs for things like beans and beets and normal packets for peppers and eggplant. The only issue is some items have very small quantities of seeds so even though they are cheap per pack you don't get much for the money. That said, all the packets had extra seeds in them.

The site is a mess, It's so confusing and some items are not even properly organized. Just look at their Pepper selection and you will see what I mean.

Selection: A+

Great varied selection. Many unique varieties for US sellers.

Shipping: C

Very slow in my case but they did need to pack their seeds this month and They did email me about the delay. Even with the delay it was shipped within their stated range. Shipping cost was good for the amount of seeds I ordered.

Customer Service: D-

They never replied to my original questions. They ignored the comment I put in with the order. They were responsive when they knew the package would be delayed and they did email replies and updates and sent it as soon as they had everything available to send.

NOTE: Because of their strict wording of their guarantee I am following the planting instructions from their site for their seeds which is different than I plant normally. If all goes well I know in the future I can do it in my normal way.
