Grass or Moss in between patio

Good Day ... what do you use in between stones grass or moss If moss how do I do your help needed and greatly appreciated.

    This project has a 6" grass joint. Moss is fickle, but in a woodland garden with low traffic we plant Scottish moss.Try laurentia fluvatilis too if you want a flower.

    This is so effective laid on the diagonal. I would definitely use this image as inspiration for a client. Beautifully done!
