It’s tough to say. Obviously it shouldn’t wobble. A large single board top like that is very unstable and prone to warping/ twisting and that could easily cause the wobble. Or one of the legs could be a slightly different size. Or your floor isn’t perfectly flat.

Handcrafted or not, a new table shouldn't wobble. If it isn't a custom piece, exchange it. If it is (and assuming you want to keep it) ask them to repair it free of charge, or ask for a discount and repair it yourself with adjustable leg levelers.

It is a one of a kind piece on consignment. The place mentioned that the piece can’t be discounted (a lot of the store was on sale, except some of the consignment pieces). I did notice the wobble at the store, and the lady moved the table a few times and got it not to wobble. She said it was due to their flooring (shown in the picture) and assured me it doesn’t actually wobble and wouldn’t wobble at home. But it does- on brand new apartment “wood” floors. I can see little dips and curves in my flooring so that could def be it. If it is due to warping- could the wood warp more overtime and cause increasing wobbling?

I had a bookcase built for me a few years back. It was fine on the concrete floor of the workshop, but when I got it home, it was wobbling a bit on our hardwood floor. I put a couple of those little felt pads under the side that was off line. and it was fine. Ten years later, we moved to a new house, also with wood floors, and the bookcase, without felt pads, is stable as a rock. It may not be the furniture that's at fault.
