No window above kitchen sink, window on side

My window is to the right of my sink. I have a wall above with an old fashioned tube light with bulb. Should I put a cabinet there or something like a mirror. The paint there no tends to get dirty. I live in Hawaii. Am redoing my kitchen. Aloha
