Hello! Does anybody here have any experience growing Freesia alba? I am in coastal southern California (z 10) and I have experience with the commonly available hybrid freesias. However, this year I have decided to try my hand at the Freesia alba. I have planted some, along with the hybrid Freesias. The alba took almost double the amount of time the hybrids took to sprout. Therefore I was just wondering whether anybody has any experience with the alba, and whether their care conditions are any different from the common freesia hybrids. Any tips or suggestions would be highly appreciated!
