Hello! These look like a European Oak that has been finished with a slightly white finish. It has a very similar look to our MIlk Plank here -- https://www.woodco.com/products/milk-plank/ As to whether they are engineered or solid, you can't tell from the photo. We manufacture both Solid & Engineered and they will look identical once installed. It is just the construction of the floor that is different. It probably is engineered and was most likely finished prior to installation as I see it has a micro bevel on the sides of the planks.
