What's wrong with it? Looks fine from the photo. Not sure if you are worried about the leaves, but it looks like you have a ficus elastic 'Variagats' which has the lighter coloring on the leaves.

It is super droopy and the leaves are folding up. It used to look like this:

Is there fertilizer in the water bottle or is it just yellow water that you use sometimes to water the trees?

If leaves droop while you can still detect moisture in the soil with a finger, there is a very strong likelihood (almost a certainty) you're over-watering. There is also the potential, especially at this time of year, for root function/health being limited by a high level of salts in the soil solution, which would serve to exacerbate the former.

I'd suggest you ask about ways to get your watering under control and how to make sure the level of salts (dissolved solids) doesn't rise to where it's limiting the plant. Also, badly skewed nutrient ratios in the soil solution almost always accompany high salt levels. When ratios are skewed, too much of 1 nutrient can limit uptake of one or more of the other essential nutrients (antagonistic deficiencies).
