Oh, thank you, good to know about the fertilizer working best on Optimaras. Any particular reason why that would be? I couldn't find a urea-free fertilizer easily, so I went with this.

Good thing I have a few Optimaras picked out to order when it's no longer winter!

I am thinking that the testing was specifically done on Optimaras - and the difference is probably in micronutrients.

DynaGrow, Foxfarm Grow Big are the other good urea free fertiizers.

Ditto. I have always gotten excellent customer service from those guys. May not have been their fault, either way, Im sure they'll make it right.

I think we all need a benefit of the doubt. Like if your friend will send you a birthday gift - and the box will come squashed in a mail with the tire tracks in a middle - we do not unfriend him...

As a seller - if there is a loss of an order - I will resend the goods or return the money no problem, I would say - no matter how well you pack -2- 3% will be damaged in a mail, torn, squashed, overheated, stolen from a porch.

I did send an email that night, and I received a response the same night saying they'd resend fertilizer this week. I was just surprised because the packing was ... frankly shockingly awful (I'll spare the details), which seemed odd given their business model! But they will make it right, and I am also certain they wouldn't pack leaves and plants the same way. Which is good because there are a few plants I need. :)

Tough envelope will work. Most of the time.

If only they'd used a tough one! ;)
